Personas are developed to create a realistic picture of your key audience types. Take your existing analytics data and perform additional research/interviews with your users and narrow down to a key set of user groups. Aim for around 3-6. This research will also identify these personas’ key user journeys – the main goals they want to achieve. It will also define their pain points, patterns and behaviours. These should form a frame of reference for every decision you make during the strategic, design and development process.
